Fequency-Musical Notes

Nogier Frequencies

Dr. Paul Nogier (1908-1996) was a French neurologist who discovered seven frequencies with which the body’s cells naturally vibrate. He identified these frequencies as harmonics of the musical note D. This is to say that all the tissues of the body resonate to harmonics of D. Dr. Nogier found that these and other harmonics of D have healing effects. According to Dr. Nogier, sickness results when cells, molecules or particles of matter are out of their normal resonance or vibratory pattern. Applying these seven frequencies help the cells to resonate with their natural healthy vibration.

Nogier frequencies together with LED lights act as a trigger to stimulate the electrical nature of the body.

Nogier Frequencies
294 Hz
Cellular Vitality/Regenerating
Resonates with Ectoderm (outermost tissue) that forms:
  • Skin
  • Ears
  • Glands
  • Teeth
  • Nerves
  • Brain
  • Eyes
  • Spinal Cord
  • Assists wound healing
  • Accute illness
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Regenerative
  • Repair of skin
  • Reduces scar tissue
  • Nerve repair
  • Anti-inflammatory
Good for treatment of acupuncture and trigger points. Called the “universal frequency” in acupuncture.
587 Hz
Nutritional Metabolism/Regenerating
Resonates with Endoderm (innermost tissue) that forms:
  • Lungs
  • Bladder, Urethra
  • Gall Bladder
  • Spinal Cord
  • Liver, Pancreas
  • Auditory Tube
  • Thymus
  • Thyroid Gland
  • Stomach/Lining of the Intestinal Tract
  • Improves nutritional assimilation
  • Balances the parasympathetic nervous system which activates tranquil functions such as stimulating the secretion of saliva or digestive enzymes in the stomach
  • May help alleviate allergy problems
  • Regenerative, anti-inflammatory, improves circulation
1174 Hz
Movement: Bones, Muscles, Joints
Resonates with Mesoderm (middle tissue) that forms:
  • Heart, blood
  • Cortex of the adrenal gland
  • Inside of mouth, gums, teeth, sinus
  • Lymph Vessels
  • Kidneys, Spleen
  • Ovaries, Testes
  • Connective Tissue: ligaments, tendons, cartilage, muscle, bone
  • Encourages new bone growth
  • Used for muscle, skeletal and myofascial (fascia surrounding muscles) pain
  • Relaxes large muscle groups
  • Increases circulation
2349 Hz
Coordination/Muscle Relaxation
Used for balance between the two sides of the brain. May also help reduce and handle stress.
  • Coordination
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Chronic conditions
  • Fatigue
  • Addresses disorders of laterality & coordination
4698 Hz
Resonates with the spinal cord and peripheral nervous system
Spinal Cord: carries the messages of the central nervous system from the brain to all other parts of the body

Peripheral nervous system: extends from the central nervous system. These nerves extend to the outermost areas of the body – to organs, limbs and skin

  • Helpful for pain management; neuropathy
  • May help suppress pain and to sedate acupuncture and trigger points
  • Used for spinal and skin disorders
  • Aids in diminishing excess calcification (e.g., chips, bone spurs, arthritic conditions)
73 Hz
Emotional Reactions/Regenerating
Resonates with the subcortical or lower regions of the brain. Includes the thalamus and hypothalamus—two major control centers for body functions.
  • May help with balancing hormones & cellular balance
  • Regenerating
  • Addresses depression and psychic symptoms & causes
  • Helpful in stimulating (tonifying) acupuncture and trigger points and increasing circulation in areas being treated, such as wounds when past the acute stage
  • May help with muscle spasms, facial pain, headaches
  • Has been used for non-healing bone fractures
147 Hz
Intellectual Organization/Inflammation/Pain
Resonates with the cerebral cortex of the brain & involved with:
  • Thinking
  • Imagining
  • Creating
  • Used for memory and psychological disorders
  • May help with nervousness and worry
  • Pain, Analgesic, Muscle Relaxing
  • Infection, Scar Tissue
  • Universal Frequency because most problems involve inflammation
